Step 1: Choose your online program
The University of New Hampshire's College of Professional Studies offers a wide range of online undergraduate degrees that align with working professionals' schedules. You'll have the flexibility to balance your education and other life obligations.
We offer undergraduate programs in high-demand fields that are relevant to today's workforce. Throughout your degree program, you will apply what you've learned, demonstrate the skills you've acquired, and strengthen the connection between your major and your career.
Step 2: Complete you appllication
Complete the UNH Online Application. Undergraduate online applications are free and accepted on a rolling basis, with multiple opportunities to begin throughout the year.

Step 3: Submit your transcripts
Submit official transcripts from all previously attended colleges or universities, mailed directly from the institution. If you attended a college or university outside the U.S., your transcript must be translated and evaluated by a NACES-member agency before you're fully admitted.
Professional certifications, licenses, or workplace and volunteer training can also be submitted for credit — documentation should come directly from the training sponsor, not from you. Military transcripts and eligible prior learning experiences may also be considered toward your degree.
Transfer credit is evaluated after you're accepted, so there's no need to wait to apply. Our Transfer Equivalency System (TES) shows previously accepted equivalencies across traditional coursework, licenses, and standardized exams — it's a planning tool, not an official evaluation.
Maximize your transfer credit
Your previous education, training, and experience may help you finish your degree faster. If you've earned an associate degree from an accredited institution, your general education requirements are automatically waived. CPS Online also evaluates military transcripts, professional certifications, and workplace training toward your degree.
Transfer credit evaluation
Apply eligible credits from previously completed college coursework toward your CPS Online degree. Credits transfer on a 1:1 basis from regionally accredited institutions, with a minimum grade of C- required. Once you're accepted, an academic advisor reviews your transcripts to ensure you receive the maximum credit toward your program.
Credit for what you know

International applicants
International students can apply to CPS Online through the standard admissions process. A few things to know before you apply: UNH does not sponsor visas for online programs, some licensure and certification programs aren't available to fully-online students residing outside the U.S., and you're responsible for confirming that a UNH online degree is recognized in the country where you live.
